09/12/2018 – Illustration poème

Statue Carnot, Angoulême.

schloss ortenberg

Chateau d’Ortenberg, Allemagne.

We were on the edge, next to the statue
And I was looking at the landscape, beautiful view

The roads and the houses disapeared
To make way for trees that I’ve already seen
I look down, imagining some vineyards climbing
I go back about six months and see myself smiling

Smiling ‘cause I know one day I’ll return there
Even if it’s nine hours far from here

I though coming here would make me freer
But I feel like I can’t get away from here neither

Since I have to stay
There’s different ways
To travel anyway

Je referai plus jamais de poème 😦
